Parry Singh is an artist, devoted father and the person whose quiet strength, creativity and resilience have profoundly shaped Mon's life and work. Through extraordinary personal challenges, his courage, love and commitment to family continue to embody the very meaning of resilience.
Artist • Resilience • My Forever Inspiration
Parry Singh is an exceptional artist whose talent for sketching reflects not only skill, but soul. Through his art, he captures emotion, depth and quiet strength, expressing stories that words often cannot hold. His creativity has remained a source of light even through some of life's most challenging seasons.
For more than 12 years, Parry has lived with Thrombotic Thrombocytopenic Purpura (TTP), a rare and life-threatening condition. Over the past three years, he has also faced cancer, meeting each chapter with extraordinary courage, dignity and determination. He is now receiving palliative care at home, surrounded by the love of the family he has always placed at the centre of his world.
Yet Parry's story is about far more than illness.
He is a devoted father and a remarkable husband. His love, presence and guidance have shaped his children's lives in profound ways, teaching them compassion, resilience and what it means to face adversity with integrity. As a husband, he has been a steadfast and deeply loving partner — a source of strength through both life's quiet moments and its hardest days.
Parry's resilience is not loud, yet it is powerful. It lives in his art, his relationships and his unwavering commitment to his family. He is a reminder that strength can be gentle, love can be courageous, and a life lived with heart can leave an everlasting imprint.
For Mon, Parry is more than an inspiration. He is the quiet force behind so much of what she does, one of the reasons resilience sits at the heart of her work, and one of life's greatest teachers.
In Mon's words:
“Parry is my forever inspiration — the quiet force behind everything I do, the reason resilience lives at the core of my work, and the greatest teacher I have ever known.”
