Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Mon Bhelley, trading as Inspire Life Coaching & NLP Institute (“we”, “us”, “our”), collects, uses, and looks after personal information when you visit this website or enquire about coaching.
1. Who we are
We provide ASD and ADHD coaching, family coaching, trauma-informed NLP coaching, and related wellbeing support. We are based in Victoria, Australia, and work with clients locally and online.
Privacy enquiries: info@inspirelife.com.au
2. Information we collect
We only collect information that you choose to give us, or that is reasonably necessary to run this website and respond to you.
Website enquiries
The contact form may collect:
- your name
- email address
- phone number (optional)
- the message you write, which may include details about your situation, a family member, or the support you are looking for
Coaching and consultations
If you book a session or ongoing support, we may also keep notes needed to deliver coaching or counselling (for example, goals, session history, and any information you share about neurodivergence, family context, or wellbeing). We do not ask for NDIS numbers, Medicare numbers, or payment-card details through this website.
Technical data
Like most websites, our hosting environment and WordPress may record basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and site operation. We do not currently run advertising or third-party analytics pixels on this site.
3. How we use your information
- to reply to enquiries and schedule consultations
- to provide coaching and related support you have asked for
- to send practical follow-up information about sessions or packages when you have requested it
- to keep the website secure and improve how it works
- to meet legal, insurance, or professional obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your enquiry or coaching information for unrelated marketing lists.
4. Sensitive information
Coaching enquiries sometimes include health or wellbeing details (for example, ASD, ADHD, trauma history, or family violence). We treat this as sensitive information. We only use it to support the service you have requested, and we do not publish it. Testimonials on this website are used only with the person’s agreement, and some names are shortened or withheld.
5. Sharing your information
We may share information only when needed:
- with you, or with a parent/guardian or support person you have authorised
- with trusted service providers who help us operate email, hosting, or booking tools, under confidentiality obligations
- if the law requires it, or to protect someone’s safety
- with a professional you ask us to liaise with (for example, another practitioner), after you agree
Book links on this site may take you to Amazon or other retailers. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
6. Storage and security
Enquiry emails are sent to info@inspirelife.com.au. We take reasonable steps to keep information secure, including limiting access to people who need it for coaching or administration. No online transmission is completely secure. Please avoid sending highly sensitive documents through the public contact form if you would prefer to share them in a session instead.
7. How long we keep information
We keep enquiry emails and coaching records only for as long as needed to provide the service, handle follow-up questions, and meet record-keeping or legal requirements. We then delete or de-identify information where it is reasonable to do so.
8. Your choices
You can ask us to:
- access the personal information we hold about you
- correct information that is inaccurate
- delete information we no longer need to keep
- stop using your details for non-essential follow-up
Email info@inspirelife.com.au. We may need to confirm your identity before making changes. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
9. Children and family enquiries
Parents and caregivers often contact us about a child or young person. Please only share another person’s information if you have the right to do so. Where we work with children or young people, we involve parents/guardians as appropriate and keep information limited to what is needed for coaching.
10. Cookies
This website may use essential cookies or local storage so WordPress can function (for example, to keep a logged-in admin session). We do not use those cookies to advertise to you.
11. Changes
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The “last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the website after an update means you have had a chance to read the new version.
This page is provided so you can understand how we handle information. It is not legal advice.
