Booking & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to coaching and counselling appointments with Mon Bhelley, trading as Inspire Life. By booking and paying for a session or package, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy.
Appointments & payment
All coaching and counselling sessions are by appointment. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
Rescheduling & cancellation
I understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours’ notice may be moved to another available time without a cancellation fee.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will generally be charged at the full session fee.
Late arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will still finish at the originally scheduled time so that appointments following yours are not affected. The full session fee will apply.
Coaching packages
Sessions purchased as part of a coaching package are allocated specifically to the person who purchased the package and are non-transferable.
If a package appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice, that session may be counted as used.
Exceptional circumstances
I understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances can occur. Where appropriate, these situations may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds
Completed sessions are non-refundable.
For prepaid coaching packages, any request to cancel the remaining unused sessions will be considered in accordance with applicable Australian Consumer Law and the terms provided at the time of purchase.
PayPal Pay in 4
Where PayPal Pay in 4 is available, eligibility and repayment arrangements are managed by PayPal and are subject to PayPal’s applicable terms and conditions.

By booking and paying for a session or package, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to Inspire Life’s booking, cancellation and rescheduling policy.
